Ditto. Just start it and keep adding fluid. The air will work its way out.

It was the pump, unfortunately. Discovered the Saginaw part number for Broncos has been discontinued. Due to time constraints, had to switch back to a factory pump...and I hate it! But it's alive and ready for the mil (I hope), so I'm heading out the door for a Hangar visit to

If you already had a sag pump you could have put the adapter, shaft extension, and hose fitting on a standard pump from a Chevy.

Run a trans cooler in the return line from box to pump. The pump runs much cooler and tends not to whine as much. The seals on the plastic body last for ever, too (so does the PS box).

I run a small finned cooler bolted in front of the radiator similar to this...

Just added "code scanner" and "waterproof connectors". Bronco doesn't like puddles too much. Haha! Tony said mean things to me after it quit in the middle of the course.

Hey Brian what brand of fuel door did you use on your bed side? I have to go back to the stock filler for smog reasons.

Rick, you should be able to use the stock one for smog. Even if It's not bolted in. As long as it's plumbed properly....
