Geoff Falzone from Giant has gotten himself a Bronco. He is installing a DDL link setup in it.

EDIT: Just checked out Giant's website. Sorry, don't like the idea. A track bar in the rear limits travel too much, isnt strong enough and the roll centre is asymetric. OK for mall cruisers but I doubt it will work in real world racing or rough stuff. Just my opinion.

Been working on a similar set up for the front of a SA Bronco \ 1/2T off and on for a long time.

Track bar is long enough that it's effects are not noticed. The only thing limiting travel on a Bronco is the driveshaft. It has all ready been proven on many Rangers. It actually works surprisingly well.

Mate, NO track bar is long enough if you expect to acheive decent wheel travel without the axle walking across the car and back. Rangers can run longer beams to offset the driveshaft problem, but a track bar seriously limits wheel travel without the axle stepping sideways back and forth. I used to race Range Rovers, so I know how the track bar works (and limits) wheel travel. Mine was 10" longer than factory and still limited travel to 11" max on the front axle. Obviously Giant made it work, but I dont see it being a real step forward except as a cheap compromise option to a real 4 link. Again, just my ignorant 2 cents.

If your that concerned just run a watts link. That setup also doubles as an anti sway bar. Its intended for street vehicles that are emissioned so you don't have to move the fuel tank.

Again, a Watts link only locates the axle for sideways movement, it does not act as an anti sway bar of any kind. Thats exactly what that psuedo link thingy was designed for, so the mall cruisers can pass smog with the factory fuel tank. I STILL dont understand how those King things work to stop the axle rotating forward or to articulate it.
