Alright so to help with some of your issues

Exhaust is possible out the side if you get a same side inlet/outlet muffler. Spintech makes one I was looking at getting. It will have to sit up on the driver side and route the tubing up to it an then out the pass side. I never really had a fume issue. Did you have the rear window up?

For the rear I was looking at running a single rate in the rear to help with that.

Single swing will make a world of difference. It was next on my list.

Same idea but turn 90 degrees and tucked up above the driveshaft right under the rear seat.

Hows the drone with no muffler at highway speed 2k rpm. Mine is annoying with my 24" magnaflow and a single hi flow cat.

It's currently running two cats no muffler and turned down right after the cats.

Here is mine. Not sure how much room the upper links need but I'm very happy with this set up. My first trip with the turn down melted my limit straps! This was the remedy and works great. I was gonna go through the bedside but this just seemed more low key.

Tony could answer this better. With the bypasses in the cab and no stock interior my truck is like similar to a CH46(helicopter) on the freeway, haha. The motor drone isn't the issue.

If only headsets were street legal.

Ah gotcha, ya I've seen that style before looks interesting. I've asked a few guys about them who run them they say they work well. I only have experience with the standard style. I'm interested to see what you guys come up with.

It would take a major rework im sure but if you ran a hub as the pivot point for the canti's then you could use them as a sway bar arm. Could run warn hub for a sway bar disconect on one end as well. It has been done on a few menzinie arms set ups ive seen.

There is not enough room between the frame and tire for a hub like that. That was the original plan. If it was done it would need a wider axle and a custom hub set up.
