Re: Michael Cox's Street Queen
I'm not so good at posting links and vids and such so please excuse me.
Need to do some shock changes but I don't really know where to start. It felt good didn't do anything that made the car uncontrollable.
I think ill start with adding some rebound to the rear. Didn't bottom out either end of the suspension yesterday. Had .75"-1" of clean bump shaft showing.
It is a lot of fun to drive. She needs more h.p. cause that's as fast as I could get her to go thru that section.yikes wrote:Woohoooo!! So, how was it? Looked great for the first time out. A bit of tuning and that thing is going to rock it! Well done Mike.

Re: Michael Cox's Street Queen
Thanks Nick
I really like it now. 2yrs of being frustrated and ready to throw it in the scrap bin is finally behind me.
Couldn't tell you how many issues I had getting it to where she is at this point. And just little things. I do this work for a living and I still get had by gremlins.

That thing is horrible!! You should just give up now. Give it to me and I'll make sure it's properly disposed of.
Your welcome.

Re: Michael Cox's Street Queen
Is it just me or does that drivers side front shock shaft completely rusted. It looks brown and rusty. New dampening technique?
