Starting my search for a lowish mileage short or long block for the right price. Roller prefered, might as well upgrade from flat tappet right? Going in a 89 bko with speed density.

I got a 97 explorer 5.0 with 30k original miles located in eastern PA. Everythings there except the tb, exaust manifolds and some front assesories. Id like to get $700
