My truck is cracking around the passenger seat mounts and top cab corners.

I blame the seat mounts on Dan200.

I had some minor cracking along the cargo area, where the flat bottom is tacked on to the wheel wheels..... probably just from flex. We took care of it when doing the cage... hoping it will stay minimum.

Prepped the rear suspension for the Baja trip. Replaced the front leaf spring bushings. Went up to 1" OD on the pin, because the the 7/8" was starting to dig into the hanger. Replaced the Delrin shackle bushings as well. Replaced the wear bands in the shocks and put one of the bleed screws back in. Welded some washers on the lower shock mounts, because they're really getting trashed. Removed the 2 link and wow!! It works so much better! Does feel a bit sluggish off the line, but I think I can get more speed in the chop now. Doesn't toss the body so much when it takes a one sided hit. Woohoooo!!

Broncs looking wicked Brian!!

FLaps are easy to remedy.

My cheepo angle iron ones.

Just bolts to the frame with 2 bolts each side. Could run some tube and pin them for easy removal.

Was laughing when nick told me you were finally going to get it started.....only because I know how loud mine is due to the front bypass' Stock up on a good headache remedy untill you get intercom.....real men suck it up .LOL

It won't be as loud as it was driving down there. Holy smokes. Didn't realize I had the passenger window open for nearly half an hour because I didn't hear the wind noise. Haha! Feels weird letting someone else work on my Bronco. It's first time. Maybe something will be done right for a change.

I'm still struggling with the idea.at least your going to the right guy and doing something with it. My bronco is just sitting in front of my house pissed off ,it hasn't even been started in like 3 weeks.I will be cutting the rear floor boards out and taking the back half of my cage out in a couple weeks,loading on a trailer and dropping it off 220 miles away for a couple months......that's going to real hard.

I thought you were kidding about the niose..... i drove it last night and it is louuuuud.. allthough it sounds reallly fast..
