Looking good Will! Good too see you taking the time to set up the shock mounts at the correct angles! That is just something you rarely see done these days. Once you are ready to do the lower mounts let me know. Ill show you a little trick to set them up properly too.

The work looks really good. I am stealing some of your ideas for sure. I will have to look into the CNC flap disc becasue those brackets look really good. What did you cut them with?

If you get a F100 the Bronco will never get any love. I suggest staying with F100 porn for now.

F-100 huh? Care to be tempted

The supercab can be available at the right price & can come with an array of build parts or in stock, roller type form

Not that I really want to sell, but I'm looking at a house & no sense in moving/storing the thing since the build won't start for a while (house needs work, get crew running, etc.) I'm ok with trying to find another one later to start with. Especially because I've gotten to the point where I think I'll be using just the cab, so cutting up a semi rare short bed one makes me feel semi bad.

Then again if it stays here I'll make it work & have no problem with it.

Port-a-band and the belt sander are my 2 favorite & possibly most used tools in the shop. They help make the plate work SO much faster. If you come across either for cheap on craigslist grab them for sure!

Damn - that sucks on the F-100. They are COOL for sure.

So are Burr Kings - they're just too much $$ for me to be able to wrap my head around. I've had 1 or 2 in the past but my Jet grinder one that has a typical 6" grinding wheel on one side & a 2x48" belt on the other is great. Got it pretty much new on CL for $100. Might be the best $100 I ever invested!
