I've got these. They were custom made by Mesa Hose for me.
They are about 26" long when flattened out with the longer braided lines on them. With the shorter ones they go to about 23-24".
These have -3 rebuildable ends on them - meaning if you cut a line or whatever you can just put new braided line in them rather than having to buy a new crimped line.
For $125 you get the 2 banjo fittings, 1 set of lines & the 1 (driver side) upper fitting. I can't find the pass fitting for some reason but it's easily available at any hydraulic hose supply place, J&G in Ontario or I can get one for you from Mesa Hose here for the actual cost of the fitting.
