I bought this new a couple years ago. It has been lightly used and treated well. I pretty much only used it when traveling as it is small, light and cheap enough that I didn't mind loosing it should something bad happen. It's no speed demon or power PC, but it works fine for surfing, uploading photos and videos and reprogramming your RC car....
It has a 16gb SSD, so not a lot of space either but it's tough as nails. The battery has not been abused and is still in great condition.

No, it's smaller and takes some getting used to. I got used to it pretty quickly and can type fairly comfortably on it but still can't quite type at my normal full speed.
