Super bummer. Darren just called and one of the APPs is bent. He is taking it to a wheel repairer to see if it's saveable.

If they repair it make sure they re-heat treat it other wise it will just bend again very quickly. Trust Me on this one...............

Carlos Orosco AKA American wheel in El Cajon? If so, he has fixed a few for us. While they look good but he does not heat treat them after welding on them, they just bend again very quickly.

And yes on the T6.........

BTW, when you take the APP's to get the tires mounted, make sure they ,mount them from the backside. Something with a good sidewall like a project will break a tire machine if they try to mount it from the front.........

The wheel only has a slight bend in the lip and outer. No cracks as of right now, so unless it cracks when he pushes back it shouldn't need welding.

Any pointers on who can heat treat for me?

Just read, no studied 8 pages of Boss Bronco Fab. Great Bio on the truck. Looks like your trans and 3rd member were most of your problems since the start. Although I cant see an 8.8 holding up for more than 3 days the way you drive!

How are the "Huckmaster 9200 Series coming along?"
