Rear seat mount:

bracket uses factory quick remove hardware slightly beefed up.

Front uses bossed (factory bracket and frame)quick release pin with ball detent.

Rear uses factory hinge.

Two wide suspension seats with room in the middle for an AO 12 pack softie.

Now I just need to get the front seats budgeted in.

We got the seat mount finished this evening...bitchen and solid as shit. Skyler at 210 and me at 280 dont even touch elbows. Head room is good to 6'3"

I got my rear end finished up today and just need to call and get
axles on order tomorrow.

Cone told me to get my rear end as straight as possible to give me
long trouble free live. I built a big slug for the third member and
used 4340axle material for a line up bar through the snouts/3rd member.

I tossed it on the CMM today to see if I needed to send it out for
straightening. Perches are within 0.12 degrees of what I set them at
with a digital level. snout to snout is under 0.1 degrees (in 3d) off.
From 3rd member to snout concentricity is .006 in X and .0002 in Y.

Brake mounts are less than .01 degrees from square.

I know Cone, Currie, Dirt Tech, GMR, or Tubeworks isnt measureing shit
on a CMM but I thougth it was cool.

We use this machine mostly for measuring knuckles and reverse
engineering complex compound bends for assemblies that will go to
laser cut/cnc bend and have to be dead nuts.

One thing I was pissed about is the bitchen socket Cone sold me on to
fasten the hub nuts...the fucker is just about a press fit on so you cant get the
dam thing off. Luckily I didnt have the 3rd member in so I could pound
it out from the inside after scratching my head for way too long and
getting fuckin pissed.

Cant wait for San Felipe.

Specs:
Cone hubs/snouts/40spline driveplates, chromo track 9 center section, 3.5"chromo heat treated tubes, 1.75x.188 chromo tube back truss, 3/8 chromo brake brackets, wilwood calipers/rotors, 1/4" bolt on skid plate.
