They need some cleaning but are in good shape. I've been looking for a set for sometime but prices were outrageous. Got these for 250 so I'm happy.

I am attempting to make it unassuming. Just a clean lifted bronco no big deal. I figure with the alcoas it'll be as stock as I can get it and keep the correct backspacing etc.

I love the clean, simple looks of them. They look SO good with 35's on them. Just a great clean proportion - on any truck really, but they look so perfect on the 70's-90's Fords.

I agree. If I were going wider etc. I would ditch the look of the stock appearance but since it's stock width and I'm attempting to hide the suspension the alcoas will work great.

See more goodies showed up. New radius arm brackets and 90% completed radius arms. I'll finish the plate work and have a major portion of the front ready.ImageImageImageImageImage

Got a bit excited and did a test fit. Once I scrub the surface rust and finish plate work I think it'll look pretty nice.ImageImage

You know Steve I'm not really well versed in bypasses but they should definitely help. Two of the tubes are at the same spot so we shall see how that works

Finished off one radius arm and mocked up the other to see how everything goes together. So far so good. ImageImage

That gold bypass tube should be a free bleed adjustment. Meaning it doesn't have a check valve in it. It lets fluid flow in compression and rebound.

Thank you! Ive rebuilt and revalved smooth bodies and coilovers but this is my first pair of bypasses.

Kind of a crappy shot but I tucked the beams up. Not too shabby. I'm planning on running 35s and stock fenders so I doubt I'll be able to tuck this tight.Image

Repainted everything. I'm trying to keep the suspension low key. Also I'm considering swing set steering. Do people usually use 3/4" bolts for the heims or do people sleeve the knuckle? ImageImage

Been a little while since I have worked on the bronco due to my 350 and bug needing work but I was able to pickup a used 35 for mockup. I don't think the engine cage will work though. It's 1.5" and the hoops are too low. Also the front mount doesn't sit flush.Image

Mocked up the tire to figure out where I need to bump out at. Definitely going to need a taller cage. ImageImage

Progress looks nice Randy.

Good deal here on knuckles ready for swing steering.

Thank you Tony! That's cheap thank you. Hopefully some more tomorrow. It's been on jack stands too long.
