Looks great Willie! Where'd you find those studs with the zinc coating?

Looking good Willie. I used 3"x5/8" on my Bronco with Cragar Soft black steel wheels. They seemed pretty long. The mounting surface on my wheels was a lot thinner then most aluminium wheels.

Summit had them but Dorman 610-429 10 pack....
Dorman has tons of options to fit peoples needs
Make sure the knural correct for your application.
Speedway engineering has great stuff as well. I ran the 123j on the black bronco I loved them.

I was worried about the 14 bolt stuff and thickness of the rotor and hub, so I figured longer better then shorter ....hah

I was going to say you're better off with the 4"s in case you change wheels down the road and the wheels have a thicker mounting surface.

plumbing dual pumps is the plan..
The fuel tank I have has a second fuel line for a generator I will plumb that later...... you can see it in the picture with the cap on it.

Re: Slappy Style Go Fast with Dana 44/50 hybrid beams....
OK she has new
5/8 studs Rotors and Pads
Shock hoses and fittings for new application
Ram assist mounted T/C pump lines and Box
40 Gal fuel tank plumbed with dual pumps
Rework finders on both sides and fire wall on driver side for the new tires and wheel. ( I will use front glass for now and update glass later if needed)
Cycled front and rear 100 thousand times and turned front wheel 200 thousand time to make sure everything clears at full bump.....this part sucks
mounted that ties in link mounts and radius arms to hold C6 and NP205
order drive lines
still needed
Wiring and she is a runner.
look at spring rate for ride height and performance of new shocks......tune btpass
we will see how this thing works...black bronco worked well so I have high expectation....hah
I love the 1 ton stuff still.
you all know this..... you can only do so much to help your short wheel based bronco in the rear.
I feel I have added everything you can....
The list
frame kick and tubed for up travel
linked
3.0 C/O
4.4 7 tube bypass and cactus cooler
300m sway bar.
all this might do nothing or it could change my world.
looking forward to driving this.

I like how you mounted the rear shock resivors. That looks like it will help keep it cool. It looks out of the way, but is concerns me there is nothing but fiberglass fenders protecting them. They most likily will never be in danger, it's just my luck, I would smack a tree in the pine forest during a Baja race and leak shock fluid everywhere. I want to feed mine outside for better cooling for my 3.0x18 shocks that are into the cab behind the back seat. I have been thinking of linking mine with a cantilever coilover and dampening shock going to the rear. That way I can keep my 3 person MasterCraft Bench seat. Looking good Willie.
