New guy
I've owned several different off-road vehicles, dirt bikes, quads, Baja, Manx, ranger, F150 4x4,
My current quiver includes a near stock 01 Grand Cherokee, an SV16 with a Honda3.5, and a 1996 bronco. I bought the bronco from Robert Craven. It seems he is fairly notorious on this site.
For those of you unfamiliar with the truck, here are the details: black, gray int., 5.8, auto, .......actually, just go to Roberts build thread. I have added a few upgrades since purchase.
Anyway, I enjoy most types of dirt. Right now I'm entering a excursion/prerunning/camping phase.
I dig Mexico, exploring, watching and supporting races.
I'm in La Mesa, east county San Diego

I'm in Jamul, but sold my Bronco to a guy in North County and switched to a F150. Bajaluv ive seen you cruising around town, usually when I'm in my Focus, clean rig man. Dan saw you laid her down on Craven's Instagram, hope you guys are alright and hope the Bronc isn't in too bad o' shape

Re: New guy
Thanks fellas, I'm happy to be part of the bronco community!
Yup. I put her on her side. The only injury is my pride. It turns out that a bronco tips over pretty easy in the right conditions. I own it though...operator error for sure. A little hot into a seriously grooved corner on the Mojave Rd. The cab/body is shot. I'm looking to transfer the parts to another 96.
Anyway....I propose we all get together for a beer soon. I know something like that is hard to pull together, but i'm up for it if any of you are.

Definitely easy to put on her side !! Looks like your gonna need to get a Re-build going man. Good luck on the donor rig hunt, prices seem to keep going up. Unless it's from Connecticut lol, minor rust.Dan L wrote:Thanks fellas, I'm happy to be part of the bronco community!
