exactly. i would lean out my wagoneer and it would pass sniffer everytime. Visual is another story. i will say they tend to be much more strict with the visual when you dont have to roll on the dyno. every place smogged the wagoneer it was a total pain. actually that is why i ended up getting rid of it. what a hassle with all the vacuum line routing and junk. again this is only on AWD vehicles. I did purchase a dodge stealth one time and it came from tuolumne county. when i went to smog it beings it was a transfer from a rural county it didnt have to roll on the rollers when i smogged it. however once i registered it in a non rural county it then had a biannual smog. i hope this 1981 thing goes through. would be great for a lot of FSB that are out there.
