I think this is how the lower mounts are going to shake out. They keep the shocks in the same plane - I just didn't like the way 2 separate mounts made the shocks be at 2 different angles. The 2 coilovers are just for mockup - the front is going to be a 2.5 bypass. Had I never seen moto scotts bronco I would have just gone with the single coilover-- thanks for all the extra work Scott !!!

Got the coilover mounts finished and installed! Onto the rear very shortly!

Looks really good. I like that lower shock mount and your beams turned out really clean. Do you have any more pictures of your beam extension? Thanks.

I don't really have much to show honestly. Being I was in ND when I did them I used 3/16" square tube and sectioned it all out. All I can say is I learned a few things-- add the additions outside the radius arm bolts, absolutely don't use 3/16" to plate the beams, and unless you like lots of extra work building radius arms I think the stock mounts at the beams for the most part work just fine.

You use 5" square tube and cut it length wise and then stagger it so it looks similar to the stock beam? And im going to do the same threat style radius arms as you, is that why you say outside the radius arm bolts or is there another reason? And I have 3/16 and 1/8 as I bought both, so thank you on that.

Well when I did mine i had 4" square that was cut to make the 4.5" of span. Then a filler piece was used in the middle. I took some pics of when I was doing the work but I'm not finding them. I say outside the radius arm to add the meterial is for mounting the radius arms in a factory position. The way I did my arm mounts and threat does the mounts are vastly different due to the threat units having a much narrower radius arm width. Hopefully since this is the first set of widened beams I'll let ya know how all the alignments turn out.

Here is my mods/quest for literally 24" of 4wd travel out of the TTB front end. One thing that seems like a forgone conclusion you can't run a sleeved axle as it's just to fat - it's just gotta be a longer custom unit

Yep- bought a setup from Yikes--with factory steering there's no way to utilize all the travel- at least I don't think so lol

On the axle issue-- the center joint got clearanced a lot. What would the RCV's do? Are they use the RCV axles at the center joint as well?

Yes the rcv axles use the same rcv joint in all 3 spots. They are suppose to give you more range of motion and no bind. Also I think they are lifetime guarantee if you break one. Kind of pricy but if you want to go big it's not going cheap plus the lifetime guarantee thing will save you money if they end up breaking.
