ATTN Newbs.
Hi all, my name is Brian.
Live in riverside and have always wanted to build a ttb vehicle and I'm thinking a Bronco is a perfect fit for me as I want a go fast and a trail type rig to go out with my parents in their FJ. Still looking don't know what years I'm looking for yet but I'm using this site for info on which one is the best for me!
Looking forward to learning lots from everyone here!
Thanks

Re: ATTN Newbs.
Let me be the first Newb to introduce myself in almost a year and a half! My name is Andy and I'm in Indiana.
Why would a guy in IN be interested in go fast Bronco's? I have been lurking around and absorbing as much info as possible. I'm pretty jealous of all the great shops to work on your Bronco's out west and all the great spots to get out and get away from it all. Here we do have small samples of many different terrains but one of my favorite places is the sand dunes in Michigan. I have a 1996 Bronco with a 6" lift and 3" body lift running 38" Toyo MT's. I bought it this way. I'm wanting to redo a few things and upgrade along the way and this go fast scene seems to be a great fit for a rig that can do a lot of different things. I want my Bronco to be able to haul the groceries, fly up a sand dune, or head south and hit the trails of KY and TN.
I look forward to all the info I can absorb!
Thanks

Re: ATTN Newbs.
Hey everybody! Just sold off my Ranger Prerunner and now looking for a Bronco. I don't own one yet but will very soon. I have been reading through the forum to get an idea of where to start. I am not all that familiar with the Ford TTB as mine was a control arm Ranger. My goals starting with a small budget are:
92-96 Year with some lift and preferably 35's already on it. Seems like that is a good place to start. Feedback is welcomed and encouraged!
Glad to be part of the site!

I've been going to Glamis since November of 1997 but mainly in a rail and on bikes so far.
I love anything with travel! Nothing more satisfying that seeing a truck charge some whoops! Don't know why but it is like crack!

Re: ATTN Newbs.
I appreciate the ADD, I own a 94 bronco thats been setup for Trails mainly with some Desert trails as well. I love the TTB unfortunately I am getting tired of the weak stock front axle shafts. So I am considering either going with Chromo shafts and D50 stub shaft or go with a solid front axle with chromo shafts. I want to move up to a 37" tire at some point as well. Anyhow i hope to get some knowledge on various aspect of what the TTB can do. Also what rear diff changes you guys are doing to improve the 8.8 or just going a different route.
94 FSB 5.8/e40d, 6"Procomp stage II lift, 4.88 gears, front aussie locker, 35"bfg AT,Eddy efi intake and JBA headers. custom front bumper with a warn HS9500, custom sliders.
