Just love watching your work progress over the past few years. You guys have become very competent fabricators. Love how fast your projects move along too. Keep up the awesome work!

Re: Trevor's 94 Project
Did you sort out the AC ducting? Check out smart Alex build thread. We just trimmed to clear the tube and sealed with foil tape to allow it to conform a but more, as needed. Worked great!!

Re: Trevor's 94 Project
Nope, haven't done the heat/ac ducts yet ,i'll be doing those before too long. The heater still melts you without any ducting, and the rear window down.
Got it back on all four's friday night at 11 PM. Got a bunch done... forgot all that i did that night, but i know i atleast strapped the front end, added some gussets to the "engine cage", clearanced the cab/heater box and fiberglass for the tires, adjusted the alignment cams to fix the camber, made core support braces, and zip tied an LED bar on wired to the high beams.
Through some gear in, and took off to Fallon NV. Got there around 2:30 AM, and crashed in the back of the bronco, comfy as ever.
Proceeded to beat on the bronco for about 150 dirt miles. No major issues whatsoever, just minor things such as running 30 of those miles on 4 cylinders due to the engine harness getting warn through on the coilover top cap. Found and fixed that issue and she was back to being a raped ape. Rear shocks (emulsion foa's i threw on as they were the only 14's i had) faded after the second pebble, and therefore i never had any rear dampening which sucked, but oh well. The front feels like it is ready to go fast... the rear, well i need some SAW 14" bypasses.
Drove home smooth as well. Epic trip, and my buddy whom i was chasing for finished the race (first race). He built and prepped the truck too well though, leaving little action for the PIT/chase crew. So i did goof off quite a bit.
Side note.
Bronco gets 10.2 MPG's freeway (although 80MPH up the grades on 37's listening to the sound of my people doesn't help), costs about $120 to fill, and had to fill it several times.
Worth it, but damn son.

Re: Trevor's 94 Project
Thanks fellas!
That's all in Fallon NV. I was prerunning/chasing for my buddy who raced his first race (and finished) since i wasn't racing.
Yeah, zip tied the LED bar on just before leaving. It's nice to have the extra light, and was plenty sturdy with the zip ties although goofy for sure.
I have 3 7" HID's to mount to the bumper i have yet to build.

Re: Trevor's 94 Project
Worked on the bronco again this weekend, hoping to wrap it up for a while with another weekends worth of work so i can get back on the race truck.
Played around with making a headliner. First time working with fabric at all and it shows, im going to play with it a little more and see what i can come up with.

Caged the rear

You took my latch idea!!! Lol. I have never liked how much the hood pins stick up and the fact they don't lock. Do those have locks in them?

Re: Trevor's 94 Project
Yeah, have autofab pins, which are bitchen, but i wanted to be a hipster.
I did not get the ones with the lock for a few reasons. More mechanism to get dirty/jammed up than necessary. Already paid $70 for the non-locking latches. And I have nothing to lock up under there. Only thing of value would be the optima and that's inside.
