FWIW - The blower you are using is rated for 240 cfm at 0" of static pressure, add a filter and the positive static (pressure) you are looking for in the cab is technically beyond the capabilities of any small prop type fan. I used a forward curve (squirrel cage) blower in my old F150. I got a big heater blower out of a Suburban, built my own sheetmetal box for it, and mated it to the back of the cab. Had a little filter rack that held an air cleaner element from an F150 so I didn't have to clean it, just change it out. Worked great and was multi speed too. Your truck is looking awesome!

We'll see how the fan works. Like I said, I'm not the first one. I'm ripping off people who had this same setup and said it worked fine, but I'll keep my fingers crossed!

I've still been chipping away. I'm waiting on a few parts before I can set it on the ground, but all the brackets are bolted on. I am starting to empty the cabinets in my garage. These trucks take up a lot less space when they're all bolted together.

I'm moving forward little by little. I rebuilt my beams today. I had help from a couple of guys who are smarter than me and an 80 ton press, and it was still a bit of work. I know we had to have done it the hardest way possible, or is it always a PITA? I'm happy with the results, though.

Needs equal Length TTB 4wd. Glen at Complete Fabrication has done it on a Blazer.

Giant did a nice TTB conversion on one. I think this thing looks pretty well dialed as is though. If just finish it.

Ya, I was at the shop today and it's hidden behind one of the Van's being converted TTB.

We shall see. We can make motor noises as we move it around the shop. Ran into Ramsey today also.

The Van TTB conversation with unequal length beams long travel is locking really nice.
