Breakfast: Left over tri-tip (chopped), simmered in left over salsa (homemade, of course), served with eggs and to be scooped with a sliced bell pepper.

If any of you guys are in San Diego, try Phil's BBQ if you haven't. The el toro tritip sandwich and a 1/2 order of onion rings is rediculious. Normally I don't even like onion rings lol but there very good. 2 eltoro's couple sodas and 1/2 order of onion rings is around 24$ so it won't break the bank. I'm betting each sandwich is well over a 1/2 pound. Anyway there's one in santee, San Marcos, and sandiego. As a food critic two thumbs up ( dripping in BBQ sauce).

HA!! I had in-n-out for lunch today too!! Not protein style though.

I've been ordering double, double's protein-style for a while but decided to step up to the 3x3 today. I gotta say, it's the perfect combo of meat and cheese. It will be my new go-to.

Cauliflower crust pizza (I was skeptical considering the lack meat on the pizza) and bacon cups with guac... mmmm.

Thanks. That one was all Karen. She put it in her condo before we met & when we bought this house we put it in place of what was here. Now I just need to get a griddle for it. Got some Al Pastor going in the fridge so I've got to get on it!

A small leftover filet minion, sliced in half and Pam fried in butter, coliflour "rice" (finely chopped and sauteed) seasoned with garlic, pepper, lime, a jalapeño and chopped cilantro.

Filling and delicious!
