It will be interesting to see how he does the shell. I would like to see it with stock size windows with the shell stretched and the windows centered in the shell.

So I picked up a new ride today, not sure what I will be doing to this. Couldn't pass up such a clean and well documented supercab. A crew cab would of been nice but I didn't have the money and have not seen a nice enough one around.

You can paint it in a super heavy flake the same color brown with some sweet ass stripes along the sides. Shagg ceiling and you're done!

77 460, 47,000 miles. Thing drives like a new pickup. Drove it over 250 miles home after buying it... It is taking a lot of restraint to not start Turning it into a Prerunner. I will be bending the beams and leveling it out and putting some 35s on it to start. If I can get the 35s to fit.

35's will fit with glass and a leveling coil, but you'll most likely get into the front fender with them on a 2" or so lift. Rear is easy - 35's pretty much can go on at stock suspension/ride height.

Thank you for this, I've been doing some research on suspension, and am looking at bending beams and throwing a new coil in there. Only think I'm trying to find out is the rear steer with the lift. My thoughts were to run a 3" coil, extend radius arms and run a heim. I want a simple clean setup. Maybe some autofab fenders. Trying not to go overkill and keep it simple and usable.

That setup will work well and the rear steer will be just fine with it!

If you want to be all fancy pants about it - get a 5-6" coil & build taller coil buckets so they only net a 3" gain in ride height. Some of the deaver 5.5" coils for the TTB broncos may work well for this.
Put the coils on the truck, run a set of old tires & go for a lap or 2 around the neighborhood. Back the thing up, bounce it over speed bumps, etc. Do whatever you can to get the coils to seat & settle a little & THEN bend the beams. Do it on the truck with an angle finder on the rotor face. Take the beams off & plate um. Simple & strong.

I am currently shopping around for coils, I found some procomp coils for a ttb bronco, 4" lift over stock, trying no to do a modified bucket if I don't have to. Going to look it over good this evening. I have a set of 12" bypasses to throw on the front right now.

Note there are 2 different coil buckets on these trucks and the top wind on both of them is a bit different than the TTB bronco stuff.

Here is coil bucket type 1 = lighter duty trucks. It's a bit shorter than the next one.

Awesome, I am taking some measurements and looking around, I may just build a coil bucket if its not to hard for the ttb coils as they are much easier to find/source... I also though about using some 4wd bronco springs but I would have to build a spring retainer doe the beam. Definitely looking to go about 4" higher.
