Hahaha yeah i have alot of crap but i can reach it all without having to unbuckle my 4 point harnesses. Plus Carly is happy with the seat heaters and the lumbar support.

Man Mark is the man! He regeared the front diff welded off the cover and ground down the axle for more clearance. Oh and its as clean as its ever been. He also modded the spider gear to run the c clip.

I just shaved down my center U-joint after installing my C&T beams. I did it after bolting everything in and it took me a little bit longer than expected but I didn't have to grind as much off as yours for some reason. It doesn't bind at full droop. I probably should have done 4.10 gears while the diff was out but oh well, I'll either do some engine upgrades for more power to run with stock gears or I'll struggle with removing everything again in the future.

Gears make a huge difference imo. I have found it be alot more strain on the motor and trans not to run lower gears.

So i found the coolant leak! It was the lower intake manifold. A pic of it apart.

I have a C6 so it still gets up and goes pretty good. I just don't have as much power off the line as I used to (not a huge difference but noticeable) but it okay.

I had one of those days today.. or yesterday technically. After finishing my front beam swap with all new ball joints, I decided to take my Bronco on my 40 mile commute and it ran awesome the whole way. Just before I got to where I was going the engine died. I pulled to the shoulder and it cranked but didn't fire. Ended up getting it towed to my uncle's shop near my place and found out the distributor gear's roll pin had sheared.

What are the odds of me getting stranded in two different Broncos on the same freeway (118) because of a distributor gear issue both times? It even happened on the same section of freeway except I was heading west this time.

I fixed it and then proceeded to tear out the interior to lay down a new black carpet that I got at Home Depot. After hours of cleaning I was able to install my new carpet and install my seats. I still need to heat the carpet to get a seamless finish but I think I'll wait until I get some insulation for it because it's annoyingly loud inside the cab now.

I have never heard of someone loosing two distributors or gears on two different stock trucks. That sucks man.

So i got the diff in and added some bling. Also i thought the starter wasnt engaging but turns out it was another noise. Earlier i had replaced the lower intake manifold gaskets and heard a clacking noise after i started it up. Found this little guy in the first picture sitting behind the lifter. Still cant figure out how it got there...
