Re: Bray's 96 Sleeper
What did you use to fasten the MLV? Self tappers and a washer?

Thanks for the good words fellas!
Ryan, you are correct, self tappers and washers. Lots of the audiophiles advocate contact cement, adhesive, velcro and other methods- but I wanted to make sure it was serviceable down the line.
It will all disappear when I get some carpet in there anyway haha!

Bray's 96 Sleeper
Like I was saying back when we discussed it. You can keep going with soundproofing, there are so many addition processes

I think I just got a little peak of you on the way home from the desert. I was leaving my neighbor hood in poway and got all excited when I seen your bronco!! Lol looking good bray!!!
Re: Bray's 96 Sleeper
Just got back from the desert- nice to get away and enjoy the Bronco
CHO, you were missed dude- I had no one to set a blistering pace this time!
Adam, sound deadener is night and day. I haven't had upholstery in yet, but the fatmat and MLV do a great job.
Despite the extra weight and cost, I'd definitely do it again.
B- good to see your truck running brother- look forward to getting out there soon
Leigh! Bet you heard those Wilwood pads screaming before I even came into view- lmao! Were you in the F150?

Got the bug to get out ito Ocotillo for a couple days.
Unfortunately, all my buddies are busy bolting new goodies on their trucks to make it out, and Pops was out too.
So, a single vehicle run it was....always makes stuff a little more interesting without backup- more to come on that...
Goals for the trip were to get all major landmarks plotted on the Lowrance, get an extended night run in to try out all the new lights,
get some more seat and wheel time in for by buddy Swam to help brainwash him into a bronco haha.
Last but not least, to tease some of my buddies on the sidelines to get back in the game this season!!
There's your hundred words, now for some pics:
Started off for a couple laps up and down BlowSand Sat AM:

Headed out Quarry Rd (State Park) and hit some really nice washes. Played around on some mudhills out toward Salton Sea before heading back to way we came
