Anyone planning to head up mid-morning Friday? I'll be heading out the 210 around 10am and rolling solo, most likely.

Jameson... now you're talking my language. For New Year's Eve, a good friend and I sampled the many bottled of whiskey he'd been gifted over the years. It was fun (not the next day) but in the end, none of them were as good as Jameson.philofab wrote:You bring Jameson and I'll bring the Guinness and Baileys...Parts Girl wrote:You boys and your tequila, Ill bring the whiskey. Yes! I've been busy and haven't had time to stop and think about what we need.... I have 4-5 medium sized stumps I can take. I'll take whatever I have at the house. If I need to get some more, I need to know soon. You flying solo?philofab wrote:We need fire wood?
Whaaaat!? Just you? No family? No Natalie? I got the bike all ready for her.yikes wrote:Anyone planning to head up mid-morning Friday? I'll be heading out the 210 around 10am and rolling solo, most likely.
No list but it is time to get that going.Bondobob wrote:What else is needed for the feast Saturday night??? Is there a list working?
Dinner:
flyinbronco: MEAT! (I'll bring a tip jar and be the first to pitch in).
SteveG: Large pot o' beans
We've got the protein and starches covered. What else?
Breakfast:
SteveG: Chorizo and egg burritos (back to the O.G. stuff, not the crap tortillas and chorizo I used last year!)
If you want something else, you're on your own!
We need a head count so we know how much food to take. I'll check with my crew to see how many are in.

I will have 4 or 5 and the trailer. No teenage boys this time. Our ETA will be late Friday night or some time Saturday. I think I can get the gas BBQ in the truck but will not be able to bring much wood. A fruit salad was suggested to be provided by my camp but will take recommendations/requests. I have a 3 burner stove in the trailer that is ready to go.
Steve: I was not able to get the fence posts to you but will bring them when we come. Doubt if there is going to be any kind of crowd on hand that weekend to worry about!

Bringing my GF and possibly +2. I will bring a little bit of wood, space in my truck will be limited because I may bring a quad to put around on. I might bring an XR100 for my GF to get a little more ride time on, you guys think it will get around ok on the hard pack? She is very much a novice.SteveG wrote:I have 4-5 medium sized stumps I can take. I'll take whatever I have at the house. If I need to get some more, I need to know soon. You flying solo?

The XR100's are pretty evil in the sand, maybe better with aired down tires? Might be OK in the hard pack. If they can ride them in the sand, they can ride them anywhere!
We'll have just the one quad with us.

I have made quite a few proclamations through the years. Hell, its good to be King and your right Tif its not Mexico so some whiskey may be in order. I hope you guys can make it.Parts Girl wrote:You boys and your tequila, Ill bring the whiskey. Now maybe someone else can post some real pics. Although I know all evidence was destroyed from last year...
