It didn't dawn on me until I left the shop to think maybe I should try & just fit the beam ends in the box with this stuff. I think it's doable if you want. I can try tonight & see if they fit & get you a new weight if you'd want to do that.

Yea, just put it all together... It will get it out of your way sooner this way. Even heavy boxes from socal are only $12-14 to ship.

Started setting up to install 1" uniballs in my new beams. I ordered cups and Aurora uniballs from Nick Head at Kartek. The old misalign spacers that are on the truck now will work fine with these, and I also took inventory of what I had so I could order all the rest of the spacers, bolts, and heims for the front end and DDL.

Still gotta figure out a drain plug for the front diff that wont get destoryed by rocks and crap I run over.

You think you'll smash stuff to where you can't remove the existing drain plug?

More worried about smashing it to a point that it leaks. My other set of beams is beat in this area, even with the Autofab skid.

I'll post some photos up later. Rotors are getting machined right now so the hubs are with the machinist.

What about drilling and tapping a plug in the cast housing itself? Only need a 1/8" or 1/4" threaded plug and it would be protected pretty well by the TTB arm. You will never get all of the oil out of there anyway but it is nice to get most of it.
