Just check to make sure there are no restrictions in your return line that could be compressing the fuel, causing un needed heat.
I've used these pumps in the past in my Syclone, a TT 300ZX, and others. I've never had a problem. That's one of the reason I like Walbro stuff, I've never had one fail.

I agree in theory with this, but will add that you should only need a pump capable of flowing enough fuel to keep your 8 injectors fed at 95% duty cycle + 20% to allow for wear, etc. Quality fuel pumps dont heat the fuel as much as a cheap pump will, and keeping the tank at least half full and the pump submerged as much as possible will help avoid it overheating.

Fixed it for you.

Mike

I switched a number of my web servers from Pair Networks to GoDaddy and have not had time to reup them. No updates really. I beat the crap out of it in Mexico and now it needs a ton of prep. Not even going to touch it until I have the new shop up and running well.

The last picture is the sign I just fixed, also where I took the three other photos. The sign needed 5 new bulbs, a new ballast, and new wiring run to the building. I hope to be up and running here soon once I have water.

I will be doing the same thing I've been doing for years. Selling batteries, installing hitches & associated wiring, and repairing trailers. You can't see the front shop very well in the pictures (you can only see the edge of the roof) but it will be the office and showroom, with the rear building being the "shop". Unfortunately it's an old build so the roof is too low for a lift, the lift will be to the right on the concrete pad until I can afford to put up a small steel building.

The rest of the yard will be used for storing U-Haul equipment.

I may start selling trailers too, I have not decided if it's worth it yet.

Bringing those back is a long process. They only exist in my phone.

I've been working 70-90 hours a week lately so I probably won't get to it for a couple of months.

Hopefully this work will pay off and I'll have Gieser or Jimco photos in a couple of years.

Sounds like you are doing some similar stuff as I do at work. We sell trailers and do truck.accessories too if you have the capital you can make money selling trailers. We buy diamond-c, look, and iron panther. You have to buy in quantity though. We will get four orders for dump trailers but they make us buy six or more they up the price a lot so we would then have two trailers on the lot and they might not sell quick. We move a lot of them because we are the only people who sell within two hours drive. I'm not sure about your area but that's my take on trailer sales
