I don't get it, why run a tunable air shock and a sway bar, it just seems redundant. If you want more sway control, valve the air shock stiffer or add more N2 pressure. That's one of the perks of the DDL, it's not like your gas tank is in the way of your upper links on a Bronco.
Why not just run a parallel 3 or 4 link, with the drag link if you want a swap bar and dont mind the side to side movement of the drag link?

The DDL will also absorb some driveline impact... important since I run a manual trans. I could add more pressure to the shocks for more sway control, but with a sway bar I can add a disconnect for offroad use vs the street. I may install the air bags on the sway bar arms, to move them out of the way and reduce the travel the bag sees.
Geoff's Bronco sways a lot on the street, and since I drive this to and from races I'd like to make it slightly more streetable. I'm toying with a electronic sway bar disconnect I designed too and I need something to test it on.
I could run a traditional 4 link but a triangular setup would need to be attached to the center section witch is a pain on cast center sections. The slight side to side movement of the panhard isn't a big deal... I've never been able to feel it while driving. The street guys that have 4" of travel freak out about it too. I also don't really care for the location of the upper bars on a Bronco without a stretch.
The last thing is it irks me how many people say this system will not work and I like proving people wrong. It will also help Geoff out for his product to get seen (Not many DDLs out there).

the kit looks complicated to me, but i am not well versed in link set ups, that is why i am having my stuff made... i think geoff has some interesting ideas. i'll be watching...

Oh it works, I've seen it in action, I just think the sway bar, with air shocks is redundant, but you did make some valid points.
As for welding to the cast center section, that's why I suggested an un-triangulated 3 or 4 link with the pan hard rod.
And I hear you on sway philo, my bronco was a bear to drive on the highway with soft leafs, but single swing steering cleared that right up.

New dual Walbro fuel pumps since changing the factory fuel pump every year is getting old. Getting rid of the stupid plastic cartridge thing too. Factory pump likes to die once it gets to 129F (54C for you Rod) here.
A nice hole in the floor in case I need the change the pump somewhere other than my shop.

I'm using an external pump on my Bronco simply because I don't want to go into the tank to change a pump. The access panel makes it a non-issue, though.

I'd do a External pump but I think having a separate lift pump would make it too complicated for any benefit and without it they seem to have priming issues.
Looks like this tank will be getting two Walbro 255LPH hi pressure pumps with new bulkhead connectors on the hangar for upgraded 12ga wiring. I'm going to keep the EEC control of the pump but add two Bueller relays and a toggle switch to change between the two. 45 amps a piece should be adequate. I have extra room in my relay box since the ABS and some other junk went bye bye.
Overkill but according to my receipts I have spent $1600 on fuel pumps alone for Big Bertha and this Bronco.

Just be carefull with the 255 pumps. I was told because of the increase in return flow the fuel heats up. The 255's don't like heat and will shut down. Unless you are going to need the extra flow of the 255, (boost). Otherwise I would stick to the stock pumps. Just check to make sure there are no restrictions in your return line that could be compressing the fuel, causing un needed heat.
