Just a tip, try driving it without it. My trucks don't lean at all without it in a corner.
If you do want to reinstall it, make sure the vehicle is level and attach the beam side first, keep the fasteners loose, and then attach the frame bushings. Once everything is together then tighten the fasteners.

Re: Sway Bar
I actually did run around for about 2 months without the sway bar. This is my daily driver and with the extra weight of the winch and front bumper, I really do feel like it makes a difference cornering at 65mph on the freeway. I felt like it squared off the front end more and made it alot more stable.Nick wrote:Why do you want to run the sway bars? All they do is limit travel/ articulation.
If it was my off road rig only then I wouldnt have it on there.
Thanks

Re: Sway Bar
If the stock sway bard didn't get in the way of wheel travel and the front shock mounts I would run one on mine.

Re: Sway Bar
A lot of people say that they don't do anything but its a free thing for me that I thought made a difference. Im going to be putting it back on in the morning.
Then off to the alignment shop
Im thinking about doing the Firestone lifetime alignment. They gave me an honest opinion of the cost involved.
I have the eccentric cams in they can adjust them as needed. I just got my balljoints done and most of my front end rebuilt so it should be much easier to align then last time I did it.
