Well my buddy his wife my fionce and I were up until 2 this morning getting it running. It runs good! I have a problem with the hood alignment. The hood blew off the truck a few weeks ago from the massive wind in Phelan and its bent. So it might be ugly but itll be there today! Really excited, have a few little hickups but its definately road worthy now!

Cool glad that its running right, long night..interesting you have hood issues as well. I had mine blow up on me because I forgot to latch it haha anyways since then the alignment just has not been right and now with the glass its very obvious. Looking forwrd to meeting you t.

Awesome, glad you were able to get it running!!

What did you end up doing about the intake? I remember you mentioned the coil buckets ran right into it.

I cut the v brace on the bracket and cocked it sideways and it slid right past the coil bucket. Not permanent but it works for today. I'm wicked stoked the roller motor actually makes a huge difference! I absolutely love it. Thanks guys I appreciate it.

So today wasn't my day. Went to go to the fundraiser and the engine started cutting out. Also, the oil filter blew out so almost a gallon of oil ended up on the concrete... No bueno. Found out I had a vacuum leak. Can anyone help me with a picture of the spout plug? I need to set the timing.

Alright she runs! 75 - 80 all the way to work and it ran at 190 the entire time and didnt skip a beat! The power difference in my eyes is night and day. It idles without fluxuating the tack what so ever. I'll have some pics up of the front end with the new lights later. Does anyone know where I can get the stupid little clips that the bolts go in for the hood?

Oh man am I ever. Hmmm... Let me talk to the lady. That might be a good possiblity. I'll give you a call this weekend or something. It's not quite done yet though. Still think I have a vacuum leak or a bad iac valve. And I need to build a bar to go between the coil buckets.

Jeremy I just talked to the lady and I guess were supposed to go to New Mexico to eat green chili and go to the balloon festival from Wednesday to Sunday. I was thinking though that we might bring back some goods and may throw a bbq the following weekend or something. I totally forgot. I'd be definately down to go to a race though. Let me know about the upcoming events, I'd like to make them now that the truck runs.
