Well that was on 31s and never going over 55mph and always feathering the throttle. I use 3/4 a tank to get to Havasu and the last 1/4 on to and from the launch ramp. Then 3/4 tank on the way home. That's going through Parker and Rice road. I took the I40 home once and it was soo damn hilly it killed my mileage. I will never to that again.

I have 35s now and I am gearing to 4.56s. Ill still baby it all the way out there but I hope to maintain near that mpg.

How well do those seats fit both the cab and the factory FSB sliders?

They fit pretty decent. About an inch taller then the buckets I had. I am using the superduty factory sliders and drilling new holes in the floor.

Been slowly chipping away at items I've wanted for the bronco. Got the tire gate, roof top tent and tonys headlights on there.

Did a pull prep this weekend and she is ready for our death valley trip. ImageImageImage

That's coming out so nice! You guys are nailing it. The roof tent is super tempting. Notice much of a difference in the handling with the weight on the rear?

Thanks tony. I love the lights. Never really understood how awesome they really are. Gonna need a set soon for the superduty.

Brian- I just put the tent on last night. Haven't spent any time in the dirt yet. I did put 30ish miles on it though and I can't notice a difference in street manners. I am going to bump up compression valving in the rear tonight since the total weighted added is around 340lbs.

I put me (300lbs) my wife, son and dog in it last night with comfortable room to sleep. I have an annex that I can put on too but it makes it more of a PITA to set up.

Best suggestion would be buy a used one for cheap and if you don't like it yoy can resell for the same price and aren't out 400 or more bucks.

Looking Good ! 37s sure change the looks of it, I like it. Gonna have to consider putting 37s on mine I think......Hey do you think you can post some more pics of your spare tire/ fuel can gate? I was wondering how you attached it on the drivers side, up top? Did you simulate a hanger like the stock one on the passengers side? Its similar to what I want to do on mine, just in reverse.
I'M ALL JACKED UP ON MOUNTIN DEWwwwww!
