Go get yourself several GoPro's. Very Rugged Camera with a great recording features. The mounting systems that come with the camera in the motorsport edition are awesome. You can shoot in many different formats including 1080P @ 30FPS or 720P @ 60FPS (Which is my favorite for slo mo editing)
I'd like to shoot more videos but I moved out of Cali and the truck is just under a cover until I can either pick it up or sell it.

Re: The first and only video of the Bronco :(
The "Rides" section is meant to have a single thread about your truck, not various threads on the same vehicle. I'm merging your two threads. Feel free to change the title to whatever you want.

Re: Ant1's Bronco
I'm looking for spring buckets to convert to coilover in the front. Any suggestions?

Re: Ant1's Bronco
I'm a little confused by this post. Most people dump the spring (coil) buckets when going to coilover. Not sure why you would be looking for some...Ant1tuned wrote:I'm looking for spring buckets to convert to coilover in the front. Any suggestions?

Re: Ant1's Bronco
I guess the correct thing to be looking for is shock hoops that might tie into an engine cage. This looks to be pretty nice http://www.shop.dezertnation.com/produc ... egoryId=-1 Has anyone tried it?

Re: Ant1's Bronco
But isn't that for a coil overed suspension not a coil bucket suspension? I know that the coil buckets I have, the shock mounts to the coil bucket and theres just a bar that goes from one coil bucket over to the other.

Re: Ant1's Bronco
HTO - he IS looking to go coilover in the front so what he posted is correct.
Ant1 - look at Giant Motorsports, Solo, etc. for bolt on stuff.

Re: Ant1's Bronco
He was asking for an engine cage/shock hoop for the coilovers - he just didn't know what to call it.

Re: Ant1's Bronco
Oh ok gotcha. I was looking for another set of coil buckets like mine for him. I agree with chasetruck754, Giant has a pretty good setup for not to bad a price.

Check out solo's cage. They've got a good setup for a good price too.

That one looks great. Dezertnation must resell this or vice versa. Its the same image and price.

The solo one doesn't look as cool however it seems the bends (rather then the welded 90 degree ends in the Giantmotorsports engine cage) would make it stronger. And it is less expensive.
I don't mind the price, so which would you recommend for strength?

You know, I'd say that whichever one you'd prefer would work just fine. I'd call them directly though, it seems you can get alot more info.

Re: Ant1's Bronco
Both kits are represented here in GFB. I think Philo has the Giant kit, I have the Solo stuff that's not yet mounted. You can't go wrong with either kit.
One thing to mention is beware of DezertNation. I had a bad experience that I won't go into it here but I'd take my money directly to Giant or Solo, those guys will take care of you.
