What size of uni ball? I have a 7/8" ones on my beams. Glen from Complete Fabrication pointed me in that direction on the size to leave a little more meat on the beam for strength to TIG weld the cups in place.

I believe you Brian, and that is what keeps guys like me in a job. When they crash it takes hours sometimes days to get them back to correct geometry.

Well...pad disintegrated on the way home yesterday, took the passenger rotor with it ... so late night brakes to get to work...

I will have to resize images in the morning. Pretty much went smooth except for the drivers side axle snap ring. I couldn't get the inner hub in deep enough or the axle pulled out enough to get the snap ring on. The outer hub lock ring went in easy.

I replaced the hubs/rotors, wheel bearings, seals, and pads

Bummer! Did the pad come apart or was it just worn out?

It was worn pretty low and then came apart...

still have to dig into why I can't get the axle retaining clip on... I don't see the groove :-(

Took the hub assembly off 4 times last night, checked the bearings, inner bearing seal to see if something was hanging up... but still nadda. I was able to get the hub c-clip in, bolted on the hub and drove to work...gotta make the $$

Reach around and push the stub axle. Sometimes it'll slide back and you won't be able to get the clip on.

Mounting lights on the Dodge for the 1000. Still have to put the fog lights in, plastidip the bumper, and remove the broken valance.

I did the wheels on my Infiniti and some other stuff with it. Works well, easy to remove, easy to re spray. Cheap. The only down fall is it doesn't handle tree branches very well, but the cost of repair is soo cheap it offsets it. I will eventually have the front bumper powdercoated if I don't build a valance style replacement. I need to take a hole saw to the bumper and make some cooling holes. The light bar completely fills the factory cooling holes.

I like that. Philofab, is that just a riddle can application or with a spray gun?
When I paint my Bronco I plan to do the hood black, the shell black and the lower 6" of the side body- doors black with the rest of it white.

Lookin good Willie! I'm sure she loves it!

Funny how house stuff seems to take so long so I can never get back to the truck.

I'm on wine rack duty over here
