Looking for an OBS short bed, bumpers, fenders

Picked up a 97 F250 crewcab power stroke and in need of a new bed. I believe any 87-96 short bed would fit. Also looking for front fenders (92-96), rear bumper, tow hitch, and possibly a tailgate. Not sure if any OBS ford tow hitch would fit the F250 frame but I bet they will. Don't have a ton of $$ to spend so cheap/free would be nice

There was a black ford lightning short bed on Craigslist in LA at the beginning of the week for $500 looked straight.

I have some fiberglass fronts 3" I'll let go for cheap, need a little sanding and paint. Let me know if you're interested.
