Ended up sending the HPI Apache back and getting the Axial EXO instead! Got it all assembled, and painted yesterday. From the get go I upgraded to Pro-line shocks, and put in a Tekin RX8 speed controller with a Tekin Pro-4 motor.

My buddy brought his over last week and it really just disappointed me. They don't handle well even after doing a bunch of different shock oil changes, and different spring rate set ups. The rear bottoms out way too easily and the car rolls way to easy. Its even worse when we put on better tires.

Those are awesome! I have been having a blast with EXO..I highly recommend one! I haven't even started up the Baja 5sc in two weeks haha! Like All RC cars the EXO has its flaws but its holding up really good and handles absolutely amazing.
