The Race Truck got a new look For V2R!!

That looks great Andy! How'd they do?

Broke down 40miles from the finish Freakishly three flats all at once in a rock garden.. my brother and his co-driver had to sleep in the truck from 11pm to 11am! no pit support aloud on course till after the race.. Hopfully we have better luck at the Parker Desert Challenge in October

There was soooo much hype about that truck. It was entered in the first Norra race, but backed out at the last minute. To my knowledge, it has never raced, and probably has more miles on the street than it does in the dirt.

It was a good idea. If it was built to race, it would be the coolest TT ever. Street truck? Not so much. Looks short. Like Class 8 short. Must be a handful to drive. Sounds healthy.

The Big Oly TT was never built to race, was built to sell to a sheik in middle east, but deal never happened, so he is stuck with a wannabe TT that apparently doesn't work to well, because it's never in the dirt. Lots of high dollar parts on the truck, but all pieced together. Marshall was asking Feldman at Norra to highlight his truck by having it go off the line first, but they called his bluff when he said he didn't want to race anybody?? PJ was supposedly going to drive it off the line, but PJ claims no one ever spoke to him about it. I was all set to drive his chase truck for him, but glad he dropped out as weird mojo around the truck and owner.

Yea, Marshal told me once that his buddy was going to wire the whole truck for $300! I saw it up close in the Bilstein booth and it was done well, but it had over $300 in just circuit breakers on the dash.

I get the feeling he used a lot of buddy buddy deals to get the truck done and they may have lead to it being "pieced together" a little. I still think the idea is cool, and I even bought a shirt from him.

The only thing that bugged me out was the limited travel numbers. Can anyone tell me why he couldn't go bigger? He was "going to run it in the unlimited class" correct?

i heard all kinds of rumors regarding that tt bronco. and all of them were about the same,it was put together by favors and empty promises.great salesman from what i here,and he "rented " a seat in his old f100 to a friend of mine, handed him the truck at valley t at the mil one year
said nothing about the rearend being chucked up with gears floating in the housing,sent him on his way, and about 1 mile down the road it just let go. made my buddy pay for the rebuild of the rearend that was clearly done for before handing it over. not very cool in my book.
