Damn - time to hit up the fridge and make a B.T.

I'm all out of lettuce and avocado's to make mine as good looking as Scott's - but I do have bacon, bread and tomato, and that is enough for me!

*edit* - thanks for the idea Scott - I just scarfed a single man's version of what you had. 3 pieces of bacon and some tomato on dry wheat bread that has been in the fridge for about a month


As for the bacon donut - that might be alright... Suzy still swears I am crazy because I will pretty much eat anything. At a softball tournament with my old office a year or 2 ago the guys (knowing I'll eat whatever) thought it would be funny to dare me to use a maple bar as a bun for my hot dog. I kept telling everyone it wasn't bad and that the salty and sweet worked well! To this day they all still laugh at me, but I just think I was ahead of my time flavor tasting wise with all the bacon chocolates, donuts like Chris had and crazy stuff people are doing today!



OH - and since we are on the food topic here I can FINALLY use this picture.

Here's the "day after" carne asada sandwich I made for breakfast a while back. It looked so awesome I had to take a picture of it. Left over carne works GREAT with eggs, and yes, there are 2 layers of bacon in there as well.
Damnit - I might have to make a 3rd lunch now...

i splurged...vienna sourdough,toasted on one side, the bacon........1/4 " thick( had the deli cut it )
i could have went out bought one from some where cheaper than it cost me to make these today....lol

All I had was Pork Tenderloin BBQ'd after setting in Curry, Coffee, Peppers, a bit of Stout for a full day, and grilled over mesquite, then coated with Pendleton BBQ sauce, left resting in the fridge 2 days, sliced on 11 Grain that was dipped into the platter. No pix though.
