let me know how that thing does with fading/UV stability Brian. I've wanted to do that before but was nervous the ink may fade really quick.

Seen this, this morning at the ford dealer in clovis. Pretty cool, but not a fan of how the back area is taller then the cab.

Yeah looks like they used a newer expedition rear instead of the more common excursion rear section. Looks funny to me too.

now that is sexy!

sorry but the big mud trucks don't do anything for me. I know some hove HP for days and those axles are beefy as heck to handle those tires, so I can respect the builder for the effort involved. Just not my cup O tea in any way, shape or form.

So thinking out loud...with the diesel smog laws that changed...hypothetically speaking...do pre-97s have to get smogged? Could one...say...replace a tired old diesel with a built big block?

one could. until one got pulled over and got a cop in a bad mood who noticed a diesel title & gasser motor in a truck that would be within smog years for a gas truck.

It's a semi long shot, but our trucks do draw a bit of "special" attention from John Law when built and you never know who will be looking at what if you happen to get pulled over or in a fender bender & cops called, etc.

I have a truck like that... It's getting a 545 stroker right now. Should drift better after that's done.

Good god Philo. Drift? It'll burn the tires off the wheels.
