Just picked up a brand new set of corbeau seats with sliders and the corbeau bracket for the bronco plus a nice center console/seat for $250.

Gonna slap it in the stepside.

From so bent I couldn't get a bar through to straight as an arrow. Ready to go on the truss fixture.

I just brought this beast out of moth balls. It is a friend's 1990 Yamaha YZ250WR. It had been in storage 15 years or so. I did a complete tune up with a new air filter, spark plug, changed the oil and coolant, no rust in the radiator. I pulled the carburetor and cleaned it out of all the old gas residue. I also cleaned out the gas tank with carb cleaner. It started right up after all this time. I just ordered a rear master cylinder rebuild kit, because it is not pumping fluid to the caliper. The bike will be up for sale once I get it finished next week.

My friend can't ride anymore due to having cancer and has been out of work. So I am helping him get desert ready.

Those are stock. The entire axle is a Sterling 10.5 out of a '99 Superdookie. I just had the hubs re-drilled & changed the lug pattern from the metric crap on the superdookies and then narrowed up the spring perches for the narrow frame in the old ford.

Yeah, it's only been 7 months or so... ugh! Amazing how time just flies by and then all of a sudden it's been ages since you've touched anything!
I've been thinking about it a lot, and either hadn't had the time to get to it, or was just too tired to get up & on it as much of the time my work hours for this seem to be between 10 PM & 1 AM or so. I couldn't let you win the race for the longest project ever though, so when I saw you moving again I knew I had to! Thanks for the inspiration.

Made this wall mount for air prep and manifold today. First little project with the new brake. Now the brake, plasma and general purpose line all have place. No more swapping one line to another constantly. Woohoooo!

I need to get my shop air system under control. I have a 60 gal tank I picked up cheap and I want to get another 60 gal air compressor to give me 120 gal of capacity. I want to plumb the shop with lines to every corner of the shop.

I had a 60 gal. tank (really another compressor) linked to my 80 gal compressor at the shop & it was awesome. I could sand blast for a bit without the compressor running if I started with both tanks full.
I kind of miss that here at the house, but the floor space was more valuable than the extra capacity, so the 60 gal. compressor left when I left the shop. 80 gal is still pretty good for a home shop I'd say.

As for the lines all over the shop - I used 3/4" sched. 40 PVC here at the house to run a drop across the garage and it has worked perfect - especially for the cheap price!
I have a quick connect at the compressor on one side of the garage & a tee just before it that runs to the PVC. That PVC runs to the opposite side of the garage where I have another tee, with a quick connect for a hose and then a permanent line to the sand blaster coming off that. With a 50' hose I can get to any corner of the garage or diveway & also the RV access from this setup. I've also been able to run in the house with a 100' hose and done some work with the nail gun off it.

I have the same issue with space in the garage, so I cut a hole in the back, put in a roll up door and I built a lean to shed big enough for the two big air compressor tanks. It also gave me easy access to more parts storage.

Right now I am just using the portable 30 gallon Craftsman compressor.

Just over a week ago I decided I wanted to go to the desert for Turkey day so I called Travis Coyne and picked this thing up from Coyne Powersports and thrashed with help from some great friends and sponsors (Black rhino, Method race wheels, PCI Race radios, Coyne Powersports) got it dialed in and enjoyed Glamis for the weekend. Next up some Fox shocks and our in house designed suspension and powdercoat and it will be done.
