Breakfast at casa Gonzalez. Bacon, eggs, beans pan fried hot dogs, killer salsa, tortillas.... Is this what heaven is like?

No mystery meat packages here, the wife makes the filling and puts them together, I do the cooking.

Mmmmm yummy, my wife's best friend is Phillipino and sent her home with a bag of rolls to fry up...made them yesterday with some sweet chili sauce...mmmmm. Mmmmmmmm

I warmed up Carne Con Chile, beans and bacon on the wood burning stove this morning... Carne Con Chile omlets, family, friends & a fire. Doesn't get much better!

I might be able to make it down...I'll try to figure it out this week. If so I will gladly help with the Q duties. Bronco hasn't been out of the garage in months though...would probably have to roll in the wife's civic.
