Did you know you can substitute steamed veggies in place of rice or chow mein at Panda? Good stuff.

Steve, have you been to a panda inn? It's the parent of panda express. The food is awesome! Better than pf changs in my opinion.

What's for lunch?
Hmm. I looooove me some Beef A La Schezuan at PF Changs. And super-spicy like it used to be. Not the dumbed down version for suited for the masses.
Panda Inn? Never been there but I'm willing to give it a shot.

Re: What's for lunch?
Grilled veggies at Panda were my go-to. Haven't had that in a long while though.
Doing a little catch up here with a couple semi recents I took pics of.
#1 - fatboy special! This was called "The One" at a brewery/restaurant in Havasu. A cheese burger with a grilled cheese sandwich on either side instead of the bun. Wasn't bad. Not sure I'd risk a heart attack right then & there for it again though.
#2 - the 1/2 fatty... Got some pastrami & bread from a local deli and figured what better way to enjoy that delight than with some pickles, and lots of um! Home made pickles using cucumbers from the garden! Spiced those pickles up with some of the chiles from the garden too. These suckers are nice & hot & I've been putting them on everything. I've got tons of um if anyone likes spicy!
Oh yeah, the squash on the plate was from the garden too. So bummed summer is over I my crops are getting fewer & further between...

It was! Next time you stop by we can run over there if you've got time. Cool little hole in the wall Italian deli. We've started getting our lunch meat & bread there as well as a great lunch every now & again.

What's for lunch?
Figured I'd bump this up...4 racks in a traeger jr...using a weber rib rack. Slathered in mustard then rubbed and rested for 10hrs....going down for 6hrs
