TDS Jeep club Desert Safari Mar 2-4, 2012

Post by Mojo »

Is anyone going? I'll be out there on Saturday. I know it's mostly Jeeps, but it's a good time in the beautiful Truckhaven Hills of Anza Borrego!!!

You're welcome! Doubtful I'll be able to attend anything in March or April, getting married on April 7th. Looks like fun though 8-)

Every year I say I'm going to hit this event with my son in his CJ and it never happens. I gotta really try to make it out even for one day.

It is a great time even if you don't pay & participate. They set up like a small town with vendors, food, etc. It will be the most Jeeps in 1 place you'll probably ever see. But it's not just Jeeps, there's Broncos, Scouts, Land Cruisers, even Unimog's. I've been 3 times & always enjoyed!!!

I might be there this year. Not too sure yet since I'm saving up to go to Moab for Easter Jeep Safari...in my '79 Bronco.

Love to go and went last year, but have to see. Ideal trip would be TDS, couple days at Glamis and then run for the border for the 250!! What fun, but gotta retire first darn it!

I've decided to make it out to this event, looking forward to it. Is anyone paying the $52 entry fee? Or just showing up?

I have always wanted to go to this thing but I have always had something at work keep me away. Maybe next year when I have the new motor in the Samurai.
