Re: Ummmm, what's this?
Good point philo. Inflation sucks I might add.
Re: Ummmm, what's this?
I think the concept has been out since 2002 but there where issues with the suspension as well as body. Basically also the interior looks like an older 70s bronco but the body looks like a land rover. Do some more reasearch and you will find reviews that state that this model does have 4x4 but is not built for off-roading at all.! Piece of crap I say.

Don't tell my boss that. Mine is about due to be retired.philofab wrote:Rmc wrote:I also am of the opinion it should be affordable not 60-70k like the raptors.
Brand new fully loaded Raptor is 54K. They hold value well as a 2010 extra cab goes for $38K still.

Re: Ummmm, what's this?
Im in the dual camp. My passion is really the 66-77 Bronco. If Ford builds a 66-77 model only in a newer form-- frame/body construction, 5.0 coyote power, 2-speed tcase, removable top and solid axles. If that truck was built I would do anything to own one. If the FSB like the one Nick posted up a few posts up was built and was a F150 and eventually was a Raptor-esque model that would be amazing as well. If they build this mommy wagon on an escape frame thats just an abortion in metal basically if you ask me-- Ford built the Bronco II and Mustang II-- both II (2) pieces of shiat!! If they build it and do it proud like either the EB or the FSB we all love I think justice is done-- otherwise just let the legend that it is.... fade off into the sunset!

From what they say about the engines offered it looks like it might end up being a full size.

Re: Ummmm, what's this?
I wouldn't read too much into those articles. There's a a fair bit of grammatical errors in it so this was obviously just written as a stir the pot speculation piece except that they pulled fake price figures out of a hat.
We all have to face that facts that Ford will likely never bring back the Bronco... unless they build one to compete with the Wrangler JK but even then it's quite a stretch.
