Just picked up my bronco from Vallejo yesterday and drove it down to redlands. So stoked on this it's definitely rough around the edges. This will be a slow build when time permits.
It's pretty much stock has the 5.8 and power everything.
Already bought some 3.0 12's for the front staying stock width for now

What’s the best bang for the buck when buying a engine cage and radius arms? Also would any shops sell me the billet lower ball joint ears?

Threat, Giant or Solo would be my starting points for the engine cage (although threats are more a bolt on coilover tower than a cage).
Threat & Giant would be the guys to ask on the billet lower ear. Not sure if they sell separately but they may.

Thanks man. Yeah I talked to giant before he wants me to use his drop down brackets instead of a C&T
Threat said he would sell me his billet ends for almost double he would charge to do the beams himself.

Get Geoff or Dave talking in a standard convo and lead it in to who they use to machine parts. Then ask the machine shop if they make/sell the billet mowers. They may not sell to you, but they may also have their "own" billet lower that is slightly different than what they make for their customer (Giant or Threat) that they can sell you.
You can also get some basic dims from someone who has a set of beams with the billet lowers & have a machine shop do them. They are pretty much a piece of solid steel with the correct taper for the lower BJ reamed in & then the end radiused/cleaned up. Heck, not sure why I didn't think of this earlier, but what I said just reminded me... PM RMC on here. He owns Flight industries and he may know the dims & be able to make you a set. He's a good guy to deal with.
