Alright guys so I have bought myself a 79 bronco for all of my go slow stuff and this one will be my gofast rig!! This is what I started with.
Two years ago

I have already done quite a bit to this rig but now she is going to go in the gofast direction going to be a slow build from now on due to two money pits (broncos)
Will have to catch this thread up to what she is right now

If your bouncing your shocks aren't good enough. I have re-arched stock springs and bilstein 5100 shocks and its a nice ride and I do go fast.

Yes I do need some nice shocks. Will most shocks mount right to the stock mounting points? Still new to the whole gofast thing

and I keep her clean

Next couple things I plan on doing swap my 4 inch coils for some 6 inch coils new bumpers front and rear, re-gear to 4.56, and step up to 35's, also better shocks. Keeping her some what streetable for her D.D status.

That building looks like a place I go to off the 395 about 10 miles north of kramer junction. I'm down to go get some dirt on the tires in about 2 weeks. Pm me if interested.

Sent a p.m off to both of you.

Unfortunately I have spent more time wheeling this truck then building up over the last two years

I did put some sliding rear windows in her

I will be removing the lights soon and hopefully have her sitting two inches higher.

Those come off a bronco. If I remember right from 80-86 they were a factory option, and it just so happens they fit all years 80-96.

why is that unfortunate?

I've spent the last 4 or so building mine and none of that time driving it and I'm wondering why I chose this route.

I do have C.B but I now need a new place to mount the antenna due to taking off my outside tire carrier. It was starting to hurt the tail gate even with the small 33' spare.
as you can see where my antenna was

I also have my stock center console on top of a little box I made to get it raised 4 inches because my arm rest is broken. will be building a whole center console soon but for now this will do.

Its a nice place to put things because I left the front open.

and of course a clean pic

I have a quarter wave fire stick, I've been looking into mounting it in the front drivers side in the same location as the opposing side radio antenna, I guess it would look like duel radio antennas but one would be for the cb.

Day trip! Maybe i can get others to go run around for the day too. I have big plans but not the big money haha. I could drop 20k in a heartbeat and not be done.
