Well I thought with the new site and all I would post my very slow and ill documented build
THe polar cub started life as a 95 xlt with the 5.8...since I gained it it has seen the addition fo a camburg performance kit with deavers in the rear that led to a an autofab coilbucket and camburg arms set up up front with a 2.5" 14" stroke king (thanks Nick)...the rear is running quad bypass 12" Bilsteins that extend into the cargo area (Thanks BlackMarket) with the shocks relocated over the spring platedswith about 3 degrees of angle back.
Running 4.88s with a detroit in the rear and a power lock up front. 35" Wrangler M/Ts for rubber and a nice set of custom bumpers/skid plate again compliments of BlackMarket Offroad.
Whats left:
New motor either a warmed over 5.8 or a mild stroker 392
Trans rebuild though its got life left
Roll Cage
9" rear
Hyd Bumps (soon)
Glass front and rear

I use the Bronco for family fun as well as our primary chase/prerun vehicle for the race team overall its a been a very dependable rig onto the pics :

Right on Jeremy, your Bronco looks great man.... you should get some pics of the Coil Buckets up front.. that setup is sexy!

Well having today off and taking a break while i cool off I thought I would finally I took the time to update this haha...So I recently purchased a set of used Perry's Fab front fenders the previous owner decided to go back to stock ones so they came with a pre skinned inner fender. The drivers side is hung and looks pretty good, this is an interm solution until I can afford to do the engine cage and structure for the glass at that time I will purchase new fenders but for now.....so on to the pics of the drivers side

Thanks overall I am pretty happy with it just taking my time, it is no where near as clean as Tony's install but nothing is hanging down dangling.

Jeremy... one word of advice..... Add something as an inner fender... use the ones on your old fenders, chop em up and make em work. You have no idea how much crap goes up in your hood without them. I just spent yesterday working on making mine go back in.

As an example:
The hood which I just had painted not even a month ago has little pits in the underhood paint already, just from gong up to the Sept 11th race. Maybe 60 miles of off road at most... and it already shows.

Haha...yah I know I have been without the inner fenders since i went to the hoops. I plan on working something into it at some point. What i am leaning towards is saving my pennies and get autofabs WIY support kit and then using that to support some butyl rubber cut to fit. I dont like how exposed the main wiring harness is on the drivers side and the air filter slowly but surely it will get done haha

That it does Nick progress seems so slow anymore..the best part is that my time at sea in the navy is pretty much at the end. I may have to go ride another ship or two for a day or two now and then but thats it.

Thanks Andy, hopefully the hood wont be too far away, also I plan on adding bedsides as well and at some point it will get a nice paint job to go with it but I want to get all the messy work done first like the cage etc.

About time you put that pile on here. Add some padding to the tubing by the rear seat so that elbows don't get bruised. Maybe some headsets too? The rear shocks are annoying.

Hahaha.........Thanks the threads been up for awhile I just am horrible at taking time to post pics and update the thread. The fenders need some bondo love and a coat of paint but they turned out pretty good. I just finished up just have to put the headlamps back on. Only 1 misalignment area that I will reattack at some point but for now its good.
The padding is coming soon on those rear bars as soon as I get a few extra greenbacks.

I agree with Nick. You can do that for hardly any greenbacks - that stuff is CHEAP!
