I got this truck when I was 14. With alot of help from my dad I lifted it 4in and put 33-12.50-15 BFG mud terrains on it. It has stayed about the same since then. Only changes have been it is now running on mickey thompson baja mtz's and a few other small changes. The truck has done really well off road but I think it is time to make some changes. I plan on slowly upgrading the suspension because I like to Gofast.

Nice Bronco Jake but where's the pic of someone riding down on that inner tube? LOL.

The coils on my truck are hitting the shocks. Any ideas what is causing this and how to fix? I want to get this taken care of before I get new shocks.

Is your radius arm pivot lowered? If the angle of the beam is right on compression the spring will get pushed backwards.

Let me know if not, I have a set of radius arm drop brackets if you cant get the extended radius arms.

It has radius arm drop brackets. I plan to go to extended radius arms in the future though.

So the increased uptravel from the lift, but keeping the stock R.A.s could be causing enough angle on the beams to push the spring backwards? C&T beams and extended R.A.s are next on the list after new shocks. Maybe I will try and speed that up a little and be nice to the bronco until then.

What a beautiful picture. We lived outside Post Falls for 4 years when I was little. I remember seeing white as far as I could see then too.

The coils work great. I am just waiting for some new bilstien 5100s to really test them.
