The bolt pattern on the flange is 4x108 or 4x4.25, which happens to be the wheel bolt pattern on many small cars.

This exact rotor is from a 1981 Ford Escort. Cost is $18, and part number is 6082RGS.

I have not decided if I am going to run a mechanical only caliper or a parking brake style hydraulic caliper. Having a big lever to throw the truck sideway before drifting a corner could be fun....

Nice, I hadn't even looked at the import. I have some Airheart part numbers of the mechanical calipers I was looking at . Rotor with a diameter of 7-8" was my target for the flanged 135 transfer case and floor clearance.

Are looking at a change of direction on the OEM cable on the frame ??

I am not using any of the factory parts, the foot pedal is right where the cage will be. I will be using an equipment style handle.

Seems like that would be really hard on the ring and pinion with that setup.

Maybe, new rearend has a 10.5 inch ring gear. Can't see it being harder than 450+ hp through the rough. Loading and unloading is harder than loading by itself.

Got parts in from Ruff Stuff Specialties & Midwest Control.

Next up is machining spacers for a through rod to keep the rear end straight for welding. Gotta make a bolt list too and order that stuff.

I also ordered a sweet seat adjuster from Tommy T at Poly. Girlfriend wants to drive the Bronco so I have to make it adjustable for short people. Should be scary since she has little driving skill.

That is part of the DDL setup from Giant. The allows the axle to articulate on the two link, absorbs driveline shock, and causes a sway bar affect.

Those are the axle mounts.

I have a lot of people tell me this system won't work... Funny, it rides really nice and works great on Craig's Ranger and Geoff's Bronco.

Ya, I don't understand why some people are so against a panhard bar. Sure it's not ideal but from what I've seen it works great. Can't wait to see you blowing past the haters.
