The Bronco worked well this weekend in Plaster City. I do have some issues however.

1. Steering box is leaking from sector shaft
2. Shocks need a rebuild and revalving.
3. Front tires now have flat spots from avoiding a head on collision.
4. Center u-joint spring and cap came off.
5. Truck now has death wobble issue when turning. May be 1-3, if not it's time for a single swing steer setup.
6. I need to change one of the springs on the coilovers to one with a longer free length, as the coil retainer/seat tried to fall out.

Awesome. I broke the mic casing since I didn't have a clip for it and didn't have a chance to grab one from PCI. Power and sound quality was great. Everyone could hear me from the far NE part of the course.

On California 95 between Needles and Videl Jct I was doing about 80 mph and had a Nissan Altima try and pass a semi from the opposite direction. He couldn't make it for some reason and his hole closed up so I had to slam the brakes on to avoid him. Would have sucked.

That would have ruined the weekend! Glad no one was hurt.

Unusual... those mic casings are pretty tough... zap Darin and email and he may be able to help you out.

That was the third set. First time the drivers side had broken all the way in half. Still need to upgrade the trans mount, but I bet it will last longer now that it has good motor mounts.

My motor was dancing all over the place this weekend. I need to do the same. Not looking forward to it.

Don't sweat it. The Autofab EB-302 mounts are a piece of cake to install.

I installed these with a floor jack and couple of wrenches in about 20 minutes. You can get to every bolt from the bottom except the forward mount to engine bolt on each side. That required a ratchet wrench from the side. You could probably get it from the bottom with a CV or u-joint socket.

Based on you saying "the DDL" - safe to assume those are Geoff's link mounts?

I need to buy a bunch of hardware and the airshocks for it still. I haven't decided what I want to do for a front pivot... Uniball with insert, Kartek wobble stopper, regular bushings, ect.

I need to figure out how to add sway bar mounts and possibly airbag mounts to it too. Airbags would be nice when towing....

Sway bar? isn't that the point of the airshock?
