Finally got something done. Rear is all buttoned up sitting under it's own weight again, extended the tire carrier bracket to hold the 35, installed the new front fenders, picking up my new headlights from Tony tonight. Gonna drive it a little this week "reverse prerunner style" then the front suspension goes under the knife. Sorry, only one pic for now.

Looks awesome. What's your final travel numbers? Bump vs droop? How much DS plunge?

8" bump travel, 10" droop travel. I honestly never measured drive shaft plunge. The way I figure Geoff already did the dirty work on this setup when he created the mounts and started selling this kit. It's not like I have any links that I can change lengths to get a desired effect. I do remember glancing at the DS during cycling and the difference between bump and droop didn't look weird. I've actually never measured drive shaft plunge on any leaf spring setup I've done.

I just was curious about the plunge because i have the same setup but did the notch to get some extra up travel. I don't think it added any plunge but was curious. What size shackel are you running?

So the bronco is driving again. Took it for a hot lap around the neighborhood and WOW! The rear feels super nice. We have some pretty big rolling speed bumps down the street and it glided over those like a caddy. Then took it through a little dirt field with some decent ruts/bumps and I was very impressed. Keep in mind the front is bone stock with sacked out springs and blown shocks lol. Having the rear done makes the front handle so much nicer. (It does not work that way when the rear is stock) I wanna get some footage of it before I dig into the front in the next week or so. For all those guys that build the front first, then save up for the rear I would say do the rear first. It'll handle way better that way but may not look as cool though. Also got my new headlights installed. Thanks Tony!

I really like how the new smaller front glass matches the rear even though it doesn't fit as well as the other set I had.

Looks Good Kelly. The front pic sort of has an old school stadium truck look to it with the camber. Look forward to progress on the front.
