Re: Jose's 94
Well done Jose. Are you and The family going to join us in Pismo in Jan?
Re: Jose's 94
@yikes. The plan was to attend. But we may not be able to make it, due to a possible cheerleading competition.
This is not going to sound good, no matter how I spin it. But I hope something happens and we don't have to go to this competition. I've been looking forward to pismo for months.

Re: Jose's 94
Well we took the bronco out on Sunday for a nice day trip. We left home at 7 am and we were home by 8 pm. Went out to ocotillo. We did the complete loop. Started at blow sand, and went to devils slide, then shell reef and pumpkin patch. All the way to gas domes. The we took pole line road all the way to truck haven hills. Played over there for a few hours. Them drove home.
The bronco did awesome. I couldn't be happier with the front end. Now I have to get rid of my little 8" fox's in the rear and get some 12's.
Unfortunately I didn't get very many pics. Shame on me. But here's a couple anyway.

Re: Jose's 94
Jose, that sounds like a killer loop. How many dirt miles is that?

Re: Jose's 94
@ Tony, we did easily 150 offroad miles probably more. If you just do the loop and no exploring its probably 60 - 70 miles. There was still so much more to see. But we are going to save it for another day. I spent a lot of time looking for the little people rock garden. I couldn't find it.
It was a nice calm ride with some fast sections. I took it easy for the most part.
@ Randy, thanks buddy. You guys need to come out with us sometime.

Re: Jose's 94
Right on Jose! Good to see you've got it out again. Now put the pom poms away and come out to Pismo.
Re: Jose's 94
I saw you out there!!! I saw a few decent looking broncos out there, one was full kill gnar, linked, caged, etc. The guy seemed like he didn't know much about it though, and didn't really want to chat it up, so who knows if he built it. We did the same loop a few times this weekend, we were camped over off ranger station road and quarry rd.
Re: Jose's 94
That's awesome. What were you in? I only saw one other bronco a black one, we stopped for a second he let me know he had a few jeeps coming behind him and he took off. Good looking bronco...oh wait saw one more at blow sand. Didn't see it very long. He took off while I was parking.crazyjim wrote:I saw you out there!!! Over all it was a good trip.
